Two of our teams representing DPS Vindhyanagar were at Bhopal from 27th to 30th November, 2007. One significant team became the National winner. Miss Prarthana Mukherjee, Class IX and her team was selected for the National level competition, which was held at Baramati, Pune and this prestigious event was inaugurated by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India on 27th December 2007. |

The South and Central Regional winner, DPS Vindhyanagar participated at the National level Inter DPS Hasya Kavita Pratiyogita, held in DPS Bulandshahar on 24th November, 2007. Due to inevitable reasons the competition did not take place . But DPS Vindhyanagar gave its highly acclaimed presentation. It became the cynosure of all present. Prof. B.P. Khandelwal, Chairman, M.C. DPS Bulandshahar gave appreciatory words of recognition. |

|
This prestigious competitive examination is conducted by Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Out of 183 students who have been selected for final phase of National Level, 7 of our bright students have stamped their success on it. The qualifiers are :
- Master Sudarshan Dutta, Master spandan Santra, Miss Esha Choukse of class XII and
- Master abhishek Jha, Master Himanshu Malviya, Master Sunil Kumar and Miss Sudeepti Srivastava of class XI.

It was conducted by NTPC on 19th December, 2007. Master tanmoy Bhunia and master Debjeet Bhaumik of class VIII lifted the Runner up Trophy (Middle Group). The grand finale was anchored by Derek ‘O’ Brien an International reputed Quiz Master. |

30 students from M.P. State have qualified for the National Level Mathematics Olympiad 2007. Four of our students out of 30 occupy the significant position i.e. 3rd, 6th, 8th and 9th at the State level. These brilliant students are:
- Miss Esha Choukse, Master Brihaspati Kumar Gaurav and Deepak Singh, class XII and
- Miss Sujata Gursaraiya, class IX.

In all 4 students from junior group and 4 fron senior group have been selected from M.P. State to take part in 2nd phase of Indian National Astronomy Olympiad 2008. Four of our brilliant students i.e. 2 in each category have qualified for the same. These promising students are :
Master Kevin Joseph, class IX and Master Tanmoy Bhunia, class VIII of Junior Group.

Ms. Surabhi Sachdeva, student of class X of our school appeared in National level FITJEE Entrance Examination for the admission of 2007 – 08. Around 40000 students wrote the examination from all over the country and First 50 meritorious students were called for interview to decide the rank on 2nd December, 2006. Out of 50 students Surabhi Topped at the National Level. FITJEE , Head Office, New Delhi has decided to give 1.5 Lakh cash. Award directly and to waive off 2 sessions course fee approx. 1.5 Lakh. |
